Elk Island Minor Hockey Association was created in 2022 when Lamont Minor Hockey and Bruderheim Minor Sports Association amalgamated. Lamont Hawks and the Bruderheim Bruins often split teams and shared players. Officially now in the 2024-25 hockey season, players will don the jersey of the Elk Island Wild. The association is run by volunteers and many man hours goes into minor hockey to ensure the kids are able to play this sport that we all love. Approximately 75 kids between the ages of 4-18 join each year. Our teams play in both Lamont and Bruderhiem arenas for their practice slots and home ice times. Elk Island Wild is actively recruiting and welcoming new players to join at any age!
